I do keep some inventory of boards on hand, but I don’t have all sizes for all models, so it may take up to 7-10 days to build your order before it ships out. If your order needs to be expedited for any reason, please contact me at cubocuttingboards@gmail.com with your order number and I’ll do my best to get it made ASAP.

If you are not satisfied with your board or you receive a broken or damaged board in the mail, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. To start your return, please email cubocuttingboards@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please include any pictures of damages in the email.

I accept cancellations for any boards listed in my store up until the point that the order ships. For any custom made boards, I do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed. For cancellation inquiries, please reach out to cubocuttingboards@gmail.com with your order number.

I do not store or sell any personal information from my customers. Any information given at checkout is only used to contact you for questions about your order.
